Hive of Fives? I want something catchier...Busy Bee's Hive of Fives...I dunno
Anyway, this is coming from me and my need to actually make use of the books I've bought recently, as well as the sewing machine I bought a month or two ago (which sews like a dream and which I've used to sew hems on the living room drapes, and that's it). So, I'll organize my projects in groups of five, and update as necessary. I'm thinking this will take me through to the New Year, hence an entire category of cookies.
Oh, and in case that's not enough, I am trying to put together an activity oriented advent calendar for my girls. We don't do chocolate (I do chocolate, but we're holding off giving the girls candy for the time being; they haven't figured out that they're missing anything yet), so I wanted to have a countdown but different. I'm thinking stories, crafts, baking, going for a photo with Santa, stuff like that. There may be some overlap between these 25 items and the advent 24 (or is it 25 on an advent calendar as well? never actually did an advent calendar before).
Enough 'splainin': here's my list (and, oh my gosh, did it take a long time to do those links!!):
